As trade suppliers we use commercial carriers to deliver your goods. They assume that your premises are clearly marked and open 9.00am - 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. We cannot specify a time or make provision to deliver outside these hours.
• Deliveries must be signed for. If any parcels are missing or appear damaged, you must sign for them as such otherwise carriers will not accept any claim

If you have any problems with your order, you must notify us within seven days. If you need to return an item for any reason, please email info@lionpic.co.uk for instructions.
We cannot generally accept returns on mouldings unless they are faulty. If you are at all unsure about the moulding, or haven’t ordered it before, please ask for a chevron first.
