Quality 1-Hole D-Rings
The simple, neat and strong anchor for cord. Fix them to the frame moulding, using a pan head screw, 6 x 3⁄8”, p.134, or similar.
Alternatively fix them to the backing board. Do this with a bifurcated rivet ‘B’ (slow) or, a two-piece rivet (faster).

The Angled D-HANGER gives you the security of a two-screw fixing on all types of moulding, including narrow patterns. The D-ring is angled
to give the correct alignment of the cord or wire, minimising stress in the frame. They are handed, and are supplied in packs of 100 matched pairs, ie. 100 left-handed and 100 right hand - enough for 100 frames. You will need 400 screws.

However, many framers seem to still prefer the UK made ‘CLASSIC’ 1-Hole D-rings.

La-Flat Hangers

La-Flat D-rings slip onto the edge of backing board up to 2.5mm before it is fixed into the frame in the normal way. Ideal for deep back pictures.
Normal D-rings screwed to the moulding can sometimes cause damage to the next frame in a consignment. Improved design with minimal lip, less chance of a pressure point on artwork.
Design allows for easy cording and to tape over for a neat finish. Brass plated. 48mm overall. Made in India.
