Angled versions of some of our original Panel Hanging Plates
New from Lion, our Angled Panel Hanging Plates have micro-sawtooth hanging bridges all round and are used in handed pairs. Once in place on the back of a panel, they sit on two pins, nails, screws or hooks in the wall. To level the panel, it is simply moved side-to-side.
Several of the original plates, such as type B, which has a straight sawtooth and is not handed, now have a matching handed pair, with angled micro-sawtooth, known in this case as type BB. The other angled versions are EE and FF.
Panel Hanging Plates are flat steel, with a hanging bridge on one face and a high-grab foam-backed white self-adhesive on the other. And that has an easy-peel release paper. They are great for prints on aluminium panels, DiBond, acrylic and similar. Can also work on glass and mirror.
Straight and angled Panel Hanging Plates hang on almost any hook, nail or screw. And with the new angled plates, levelling is a doddle.
The plates are all steel, zinc-plated and self-adhesive, made to our design and specification in EU. To help position all our hanging plates on the back of a panel, use masking tape and a pencil or similar. In all cases, always prepare the surface with a solvent wipe prior to applying the hangers. Not suitable for soft surfaces such as paper, mountboard or similar. Installer judgement advised.
