For WOOD & POLYMER frames: Screw one bracket to each side of the frame, about 75mm / 3” down from the top.

To help securely hang framed art which travels from gallery to gallery. Eliminates the problem of multiple screw holes on the back of frames.
Fix the Base Plates, B , just once at each side. Use a 10mm face drill, p.124, for the stub. The Rotating Picture Plate, P , locates over the twin pegs and is locked with the 2.5mm hex
screw. Loosen screw to rotate plates.
