This profile joins like a side- loader. The sandwich drops in and is retained by V-clips, 3411, not bow springs. Hardware bag for AP24 frame profile: 4 sets of L corner plates, 8 V-clips and 2 CWH3 hangers.
V-Clip - Only use on AP24 & similar profiles.
Slot in the L plates and make up as a ‘U’. Assemble sandwich; glass should be face down.
Assemble sandwich and slide into the ‘U’. Glass should be face down.
Fit fourth side. Use fingers and a soft faced hammer to align the pieces as you tighten the screws.
Fit bow springs.
Fit your choice of hanger.
Fit CWH3 Hangers for the frame to hang flat and safe on the wall. Fit clear bumpers, 4960, p.144.
Or, fit euro hangers and then wire or cord.
To smooth and finish the corners, stroke the shank of a screwdriver from front to back.

If you work with aluminium frames, this can help you remedy small imperfections in the surface finish. It does not work miracles and should be used with care.
It is a block of stiff and flexible black foam with very fine abrasive integrated within it’s structure. 80x50x19mm.
Best to try it on a hidden surface or on scrap material to gain experience of what it can and can’t do. But once you’ve understood what it can do, you’ll never be without it.

Uniquely shaped hooks to screw to the wall, in pairs. Use one or two screws. The top edge of most side- loader alu frame profiles clicks onto the Top Hook Extra.
Once in, the frame will not easily jump off, so with a T-screw fitted at the bottom, the frame is safe and secure on the wall. The slot allows for levelling.
Ideal for larger frame sizes and specially suited to the Lion M-Series M430 profile. 67 x 30mm. Steel, ZP.
