Soft blue foam slip-on protective corners for prints on thin panels

Specially designed to slip onto the corners of prints on panels up to 1.5mm thick. Little risk of vibration abrasion damage in transit.
Made from soft blue foam, with a slit in
the long face. Can be held in place with handywrap around the edge of the panel. Corners are 48 x 48 x 67mm, and 9mm thick.

Prints on thin panels need to be packed and handled very carefully. The edges and corners need special protection. This soft, grey non-scratch foam 28mm x 20mm is ideal. Single slit to 6mm hole
Easily cut to length with a sharp knife. Cut square and overlap at corners to protect the corner. Secure with handywrap, 2884.
Currently available in bulk roll, 700m long. Enough for 260 or more panels 700 x 500mm.

At Lion, we have developed a fresh system for displaying moulding chevron samples. Rather than covering large areas of panel with brushed nylon fabric, we made up strips.
We use plywood strips, 10mm thick, 50mm wide and in varying lengths, but typically 600mm. We glued the fabric onto those and stretched it around the back and stapled
it. Then the strips are simply pinned or
screwed to the wall and butted end-to-end as required. This method is quick and easy and very flexible.
We found that the greeny-grey fabric was stylish yet neutral. You can make your own strips - see Velcro fabric on p.149.
Or, we now offer the strips ready to install. They are 600m long, 50mm wide and 9mm thick. Packed in fours.
