The Inmes IM-5P is an air-op underpinner, ideal for busy bespoke and smaller contract framing workshops. It works with almost all mouldings including wide, complex or harder wood profiles.
• Joins wood and polymer mouldings up to 115mm wide and 125mm tall. Maximum spacing between v-nails is 152mm.
• Uses high quality Inmes type UNI v-nails. loaded into interchangeable steel magazines. Unique rotary adjuster
for different v-nail heights.

Moulding fences adjustable for angle & tilt.
• Squeeze adjust twin top pressure pads with hydraulic link. Great for larger and more complex profiles.
• Top pressure pads pulled down with twin air pistons. This system gives maximum stability, particularly when joining harder woods.
• Moulding stays clamped in fixed position during entire joining cycle.

Features of Inmes IM-5P
• V-nail insertion block moves
manually between two adjustable pre-set positions. Auto lock, so
v-nails can be stacked in taller mouldings
• Pneumatic pressure for top pressure pads, rebate clamp and v-nail insertion can all be adjusted separately, to suit hardness of wood and delicacy of profile.
• Table height: 900mm / 68kg / base 476 x 571mm.

• Pneumatic cylinders are engineered in-house by Inmes.
• Solid steel construction
• Tilting stand - useful when joining larger frames. Adjustable feet.
• Filter-lube-regulator is supplied. Require a compressor, such as Bambi PT24 AD, 9533A, See p.23.
