SteelTrak - unique features:
+ Massively engineered cutting heads carrier, with ball bearings running on steel guide rails. Cutters automatically dis-engage at end of cut.
- Upper part has twin-wheel cutter for Dibond and similar. Slices through panels
up to 4mm in one easy pass. This cutter can be swapped for the optional V-grooving and aluminium sheet cutting attachments - finger screw means no tools.
- Lower part has the rotating tool turret with instant turn and lock. The ratchet
advance feature facilitates multiple cuts through thicker materials. Turret carries a standard utility blade for board and foam board and the scoring blade for plastic. It has a slot for the glass cutting wheel in the optional glass cutting kit.
+ Heavy section aerospace alloy vertical guide rail, with replaceable see-thru sighting gauge. All cuts with all tools are on exactly the same line. No adjustment required, no laser to shake.
+ Supplied ready to work with three cutting modes; Dibond, board and foamboard and plastic scoring.
+ Accessories: Glass cutting accessory kit, V-grooving blade system for Dibond and PVC foam board
and twin-wheel cutting head for aluminium sheet up to 1mm.
SteelTrak - engineering features:
Massively engineered cutting heads
+ Full length extra-grip pressure-sensitive panel clamp with silicone gripper strips. Holds panels firmly at any angle
+ Horizontal beam has twin flip stops, to measure up to 1.4m to left or right
+ Screw adjusted perma-lock squaring of horizontal beam to vertical rail
+ Pre-lubricated ball bearings on steel rails for ultra low-friction and long life without adjustment
+ Leans against, and must be fixed to, suitable wall.
