Mounting films, laminates, inkjet paper and canvas are all best stored vertically.
The Rolls Storage Cart has a fabricated steel base with four castors. Seven 440mm galvanised steel tubes, 48mm dia, fit firmly into the base. Takes rolls with 50mm and 75mm cores, and is safe for rolls up to 1400mm. Fat rolls can be accommodated by swapping them around. The ends of the rolls sit onto the flat steel surface, with nothing to create an indent.
Rolls Storage Cart is 690 x 400mm.
To help identify the rolls, the white T markers simply drop into the ends. 10 included.

It is stiff, flat, smooth moisture proof and durable. Ideal for cold mounting and over-laminating.

Rolls Rack - Wall Mounted
Steel roll rack for safe storage of materials
on rolls up to 1500mm wide. Rolls can be very heavy and this rack ensures optimum safety. Rolls should never be stored flat on a shelf. Either store vertically or supported on a rack like this.
Steel side plates are 670mm tall and the centre point of the rollers is 120mm from the wall. Max projection is 150mm.

Aluminium Composite Panels, ACP, 3mm
Often known as DiBond. White faced aluminium with black polymer core, 3mm thick. Starts flat, stays flat and is moisture proof.
Commonly used for signs and
displays, inside and out. Our cut-to-size panels may have sharp edges, so lightly smooth with a Tellum pad or similar. Best cut on a panel saw, a Keencut SteelTrak or a Verdi powered cutter.
Use panel Hanging Plates, p.129, and Bumpers, p.144, to hang printed panels. Collect from our trade counter or can be despatched. Priced below as singles but bundled in 5’s for despatch.
