Double-mitre Saw with Automated
Moulding Feed and Kick-out
A complete mitre cutting and joining system for wood or polymer mouldings. It has up to six work stations including moulding feeding, moulding gripper system for moving moulding to saw, double-mitre cutting and removal of mitre-cut frame pieces. These pass to the underpinner - choose an Alfamacchine U-500 or U-600.
The TA-350 mitre cutting system cuts up to 1,500 pieces per hour. Actual production rate is dependent on length of moulding at in-feed stage, length of cut pieces, moulding cross section and type of moulding.

The AG Auto Measurement Systems are designed to be integrated with either of the Alfamacchine Double-mitre saws, T-350 and T-400.
This creates a complete system that automatically sets moulding lengths and precisely cuts 45o mitre joints. This is a highly productive system for picture framing, canvas framing, mirror fabrications and joinery.
Powered positioning stop offers precision and repeatable cutting up to 2000mm Automatic rebate width measurement device (optional). Common barcode format with other Alfamacchine equipment (optional)
