Rebate Support Height Extenders
To help you cut deep rebate mouldings up to 60mm on a Morso
Work with all types of Morso rebate supports
Increases the maximum rebate depth you can cut by 22mm up to 60mm. Designed by Lion, these are precision machined from polymer. Each has four strong magnets, so they grip firmly onto the standard rebate supports.
Adjuster screw allows you to set and retain an minimum gap between the extender and the blade.
Should for some reason they creep under the blades, then the blades will cut into them and are unlikely to be damaged.
Flat Guards for MORSO
The pair of flat guards is absolutely essential for operator safety on a Morso.
Fit with the sloping edges facing away from the centre.

Box Safety Guard
This makes older Morsos even safer. Box guard fits over the moving blade head and is adjustable.
For older machines, you will need to buy the fixing bracket.

There are actually four blades on a ‘Morso’ type mitre guillotine. The two square edged fixed bottom blades often need fine adjustment when changing blades.
This special long T-handle Hex key has a cushion grip making that adjustment easier and safer. Length 230mm. See Hex Key sets p.75

Having a roller stand to the left of your Morso supports long lengths. It has a chromed roller, 300mm wide, and a heavy duty wide steel base for stability, which folds for storage.

Arms adjusted in 200mm steps.
Strong square steel vertical supports, 1040mm with 12 300m steel arms. Install it on a sound wall with good fixings with uprights around 1.5m apart to give best support. Two packs are best for 3m mouldings. Tape Foam Edge Protector ‘A’, 5159, p.145, over arms to cushion the moulding.
Slide mouldings into layflat poly tubing and tape the ends over. This keeps it clean and stops it drying out.
