Heavy duty semi-professional style joiner. Multi- featured, joining most hard and soft wood mouldings, up to 60mm / 2.5” wide.
The quick-adjust moulding corner clamp forms part of the machine.
It has a patented v-nail alignment pins and adjustable v-nail spacing. It has a sliding v-nail loading mechanism.
You can use all v-nail sizes, of any type. The long adjustable operating arm makes for easy use.

Designed for clamping picture frames and also useful for furniture repairs. These have a steel tensioning mechanism and steel banding, which cannotstretch. Thecorner pieces are plastic. Unlock side handle and carefully feed out steel banding from the coil. Then lock side handle.
Apply tension with the main handle.

Lubricate screw threads regularly. Do not 1016 over-tighten.
The spring round the coil of banding should be eased around the coil. DO NOT pull the banding out of the coil.
A - Medium Duty, with 5m of 6mm wide banding.
B - Heavy Duty with 7m of 10mm wide banding.
