Colourmount mountboards

Colourmount mountboard is manufactured in the UK by Slater Harrison Ltd, a specialist paper and card manufacturer with over 90 years experience. The range includes Conservation, White Core and Standard boards, which all meet the relevant Fine Art Trade Guild Mountboard Quality Standards.

There are four grades of Colourmount Mountboard, graded using FATG (Fine Art Trade Guild) standards. Conservation board has an acid free core and backing paper. Boards are buffered with a pH between 7.5-9.5. White Core boards have lignin free papers, core and backing papers. Colourmount Cream Core has a white backing paper with over 110 colours of face paper to choose from. Black Core mount board creates a distinctive bevel cut owing to the deep black centre.
