Unique clamping mechanism makes it particularly suitable for wider or more awkward profiles.

V Nail insertion positions: two.

Set up: spring loaded pull pin mechanism - quickly adjust the top clamp to the height of the moulding.

Clamping: unique clamping mechanism - front clamp fixes the moulding while the top clamp and V Nail carriage move together - the moulding is always clamped directly above the insertion point.

Two stage clamping with foot pedal:

1 - Front clamp brings the corner together and holds the moulding in place throughout the process

2 - Brings down top L clamp 

Push button handle inserts V Nails and is moved between insertion positions.

- Inserts Alfamacchine Power Twist V Nails

- Top L clamps have interchangeable polymer pads

- Adjustable back fences - change the angle and tilt for the best join

- Can be configured for back or front working. Ergonomic working position - V Nail insertion mechanism is pneumatically balanced to facilitate a tilted angle 

- V Nail blocks are changed with a hex key. 7mm, 10mm & 12mm supplied, 5mm & 15mm are optional extras

- Supplied with full boxes of 7mm, 10mm & 12mm V Nail
