Twist-On is a 500mm
/ 19” strip with sharp spikes
along the edge. Moulded tabs allow
you to quickly clip it onto the edge of a
board up to approx. 2.5mm thick. Sharp spikes positioned around the edge of a backing board.
They make it very easy for you to square and stretch most items on cloth. No adhesives nor staples to rust.
Fabrigrip can be bent round curved shapes and quickly cut to length. All the off-cut pieces can be used. Eachpackof‘Twist-On’contains10strips, each 500mm long, 5m in total.

sticky, and stays that way
when you lift and reposition the tapestry cloth. Stick strips all around the back face of a piece of hardboard,onthesmoothside. Laytheboard onto the back of the cloth, and firmly pull it over and stick it onto the exposed adhesive. Press the cloth down firmly, and frame with a second backing boardtoensurethattheclothstaysstuck. Store and use at normal room temperature, app 20‚àûC. 2 Conservation 3 Standard
The quality grade icons shown by many products have been assessed informally by framing and conservation specialists.
Where Conservation self-adhesive tapes are used, they should always be placed 40mm or more away from the image.
GCF Standards 1 and 2 advise against using any self-adhesive tapes on artwork.
So, only use conservation, mulberry or rag gum tapes if preparing for a GCF exam.
